No. Hosting is part of both plans. Mound Creek Digital manages the hosting infrastructure directly, so there's no separate hosting account to buy or maintain.
Pricing depends on your website and its requirements, so each one is priced individually rather than from a fixed rate card. We'll talk it through so you know what to expect before you commit.
Major changes and new functionality aren't part of Essential. They're quoted and billed separately at a custom price, so you know what a change costs before it's built.
You contact us directly, and it goes to the person who built your site. The Client Portal, once it opens, will add a dedicated place to report problems and see their status.
